Airgo International Aviation Flight Academy was established in 1968 by Mr. Les Erbaugh by merging Sparta Aviation and Airgo Aviation School. It was registered in Illinois, USA; Airgo was originally located at Sparta City Airport in southern Illinois. In 1969, at the invitation of the Centralia City Government, the long-term operation base was moved to the Centralia Municipal Airport, and has been responsible for the daily operation services and management of the airport. Since its establishment, Airgo has successfully operated 53 years. Airgo's main operating base has always been at the city's airport, and its address is at 2331 E Calumet, Centralia, IL 62801.
Since its inception, Airgo has trained thousands of pilots, including hundreds of British pilots. Especially in 2012, it received successive investments from Junda Qingqi Flying Company in China, which increased Airgo's annual training capacity by nearly 200 students.
Currently, So far, the aviation school has trained hundreds of chinese students from the overall training course, including students were sent by China Southern Airlines for training; now the captains and pilots trained by Airgo can be seen on many routes in the United States and even around the world and in other aviation industries.
